Governance
🗳️ Who Can Vote for the President? All members who are current with their annual membership fees have the right to vote in the Presidential election. The result is calculated equally: 50% from the general membership and 50% from the General Assembly.
🏛️ The General Assembly The party’s primary legislative and oversight body. To become a member, you need 2 years of active membership, 2 endorsements from current GA members, and participation in at least 2 official party initiatives. The GA approves the budget, candidacies, and alliances, and can veto Executive decisions with a ⅔ supermajority.
👤 The Presidency The President is elected for a 5-year term through a weighted vote (50% GA / 50% members). As the party’s legal representative, the President oversees all operations and staff. In the event of a vacancy, new elections must be held within 60 days.
💼 Public Mandates & Integrity All elected representatives and party officials must declare their full global assets and a 5-year income history. Creating new business entities is prohibited during the mandate. Concealment of assets results in a 200% financial penalty and criminal prosecution.
💰 Financial Transparency All expenditures are recorded in a digital ledger accessible to the GA. Anonymous donations are permitted up to $10,000 USD for one-time contributions only. All recurring payments require full identity verification.
