      4. Data storage and security

      Personal data is stored securely:

          • on password-protected computers of the association, and/or

          • on Microsoft SharePoint (Microsoft 365), hosted within the European Union

        Access to the data is strictly limited to authorized persons only. The association takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

        5. Data retention

        Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary:

            • Membership data is kept for the duration of the membership and for a reasonable period thereafter

            • Donation-related data is retained in accordance with applicable legal and accounting obligations

            • Data related to unsuccessful or inactive requests is deleted after a month

          6. Data sharing

          Personal data is not shared, sold, or transferred to third parties, except where required by law or when necessary for payment processing through secure providers.

          No data is transferred outside the European Union.
